Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor N2O plant equipment including compressors, purification units, liquefaction systems, and storage vessels

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant machinery and instrumentation

- Monitor process parameters (pressure, temperature, purity levels) and adjust operations to maintain product specifications

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations specific to industrial gas handling

- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production and maintenance logs

- Respond to and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process deviations

- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure product meets purity and safety standards

- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators

- Support plant shutdowns, startups, and turnaround activities

- Maintain strict adherence to PPE, gas handling protocols, and emergency response procedures

Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of experience in gas plant operations, preferably with N2O, industrial gases, or similar chemical processing environments

- Strong understanding of gas compression, liquefaction, purification, and storage systems

- Working knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems (DCS/PLC exposure preferred)

- Familiarity with relevant safety standards for compressed/liquefied gas handling

- Diploma or degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent technical certification preferred

- Ability to work in a full time, on-site capacity with flexibility for occasional emergency response

- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Pay: ₹10,803.06 - ₹24,811.48 per month
