About the Job Mittal Clothing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team. The candidate should have good experience in the garment/apparel industry , especially in fabric sourcing, vendor management, and production planning .

Key Responsibilities

- Source fabrics, trims, and other garment materials .
- Find, develop, and manage reliable vendors.
- Handle vendor coordination and price negotiation .
- Prepare and manage costing and price finalization .
- Plan materials according to production requirements.
- Ensure fabrics and materials are available on time.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, sampling, and other teams .
- Follow up on samples and production.
- Handle billing and documentation .
- Should have knowledge of garment manufacturing and embroidery .
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Solve sourcing and production-related issues.
- Maintain good communication and regular follow-up with vendors and internal teams.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in garment/apparel merchandising .
- Good knowledge of fabric and material sourcing .
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation .
- Knowledge of production and material planning .




- Good understanding of garment production and sampling.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
