Role OverviewAugment Edutech is looking for an expert Senior Mathematics Tutor to join our remote faculty. We require a teacher with deep subject mastery who can simplify complex mathematical concepts for students across CBSE, IB, and IGCSE boards.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept Delivery: Conduct rigorous and engaging online Math sessions, covering topics from Algebra and Geometry to Calculus, aligned with specific board requirements

- Assignment Creation (Mandatory): You are required to create custom problem sets, exercises, and worksheets that challenge the student and reinforce the days lesson

- Evaluation & Correction (Mandatory): Thoroughly check homework and practice sheets

- You must provide step-by-step corrections and feedback on where the students logic or calculation went wrong

- Exam Strategy: Train students on time management, formula application, and specific marking schemes for IB, IGCSE, and CBSE exams





- Doubt Resolution: Provide clear, instant clarification of doubts during and after class hours as needed

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of qualified Mathematics teaching experience is mandatory

- Board Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CBSE, IB, and IGCSE syllabi is required

- You must be comfortable teaching higher-level math (HL/SL) for international boards

- Technical Proficiency: Previous experience with online tutoring is preferred

- Familiarity with digital tools (Pen Tablets/Stylus, Online Whiteboards like BitPaper or Miro) to demonstrate math problems in real-time is a strong plus

- Communication: Ability to explain abstract mathematical concepts in simple, lucid English
