Job Purpose To plan and execute marketing activities for Bandhan Tours, generate quality leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support sales growth through digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute monthly marketing activities and campaigns.
- Prepare marketing calendars for Domestic, International and Northeast products.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, offers and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators and external agencies.
- Generate quality leads through digital, social media, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for proper lead allocation and follow-up.
- Coordinate creation of posts, reels, videos, brochures, flyers and promotional material.
- Ensure consistent Bandhan Tours branding across all marketing communication.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, travel fairs, corporate activities and customer events.
- Maintain monthly marketing activity and campaign reports.
- Track leads, cost per lead, campaign performance, conversions and marketing ROI.




- Monitor competitor offers, pricing, campaigns and new travel products.
- Identify recent marketing opportunities and customer trends.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Creative teams to support business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel/tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
- Good communication, coordination and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative thinking and campaign planning ability.
- Knowledge of Canva and other marketing tools will be an advantage.
- Result-oriented, proactive and able to work with multiple teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile A result-oriented and proactive marketing professional who can independently manage marketing activities, generate quality business leads, strengthen the Bandhan Tours brand, and work closely with Sales and Operations to achieve business objectives. Pay: ₹25,975.57 - ₹33,757.86 per month
