About the Role

SPR India is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Residential Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for its residential portfolio.

The role will focus on brand positioning, project marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, customer acquisition and sales enablement, with a strong focus on measurable business and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute project-wise marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead brand positioning, communication and integrated campaign planning.
- Drive ATL, BTL, Digital, Performance Marketing, Events & Activations.
- Develop strategies to generate qualified leads and improve sales conversion.
- Work closely with Sales, CRM and senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Lead marketing initiatives for project launches and major campaigns.
- Manage creative, media, digital, PR and other external agencies.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion, campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimise campaign spends.
- Drive innovative customer engagement and experiential marketing initiatives.

• Present marketing performance,



insights and recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- Candidates from residential or commercial real estate are preferred.
- Candidates from reputed advertising, branding, digital or integrated marketing agencies with strong real estate/project marketing experience are also welcome.
- Experience handling premium/luxury residential or large-scale commercial projects will be an advantage.
- Proven expertise in integrated marketing, digital and performance marketing.
- Robust understanding of brand building, project marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing initiatives with sales and revenue objectives.
- Strong agency, stakeholder and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking and presentation skills.

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B-School/institution preferred.
