Role Description The Senior Marketing Executive will lead and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen SteelBerry’s brand presence and drive business growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune City involves developing and implementing marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, and supporting sales teams with effective marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, managing digital and offline promotions,



and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

The role also includes building relationships with channel partners, monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and ensuring consistent communication across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute Market Planning and Marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Solid Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to support lead generation, conversion, and partner engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in marketing is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in hardware, building materials, or related industries.
- Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
