Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager-MEP with 15+ years of experience in building construction. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical & Planning (MEP).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Manage site execution and installation of HVAC, plumbing and other mechanical services.
- Prepare execution plans, monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, structural, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Review MEP drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate drawing rectification.
- Ensure proper service coordination to minimise clashes, rework and delays.
- Monitor quality, installation standards, testing and commissioning activities.
- Manage contractors,



subcontractors, manpower and material requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and minimise material wastage.
- Resolve technical and site execution issues effectively.
- Maintain necessary site records, reports and documentation.

Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant MEP/mechanical experience in building construction.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, planning, installation and coordination.
- Excellent drawing-reading and technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-management abilities.
- Experience in cost control and optimisation preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
