With upcoming projects in Shimla, Konkan & Vrindavan , we are expanding our portfolio and looking for a dynamic marketing professional to drive our growth.

? About the Role

We are looking for a growth-focused Sr. Manager – Marketing to drive brand building and lead generation across our residential and hospitality portfolio.

The role will cover digital campaigns, branding, content, channel partner marketing, events and project launches , with clear accountability for lead volume, quality and cost per acquisition.

You will work closely with leadership, sales teams, in-house talent and external agencies to build a solid premium real estate brand.

? What You'll Own

? Lead Generation

Plan and execute performance marketing across Google, Meta & property portals while managing lead targets, CPL and lead quality.

? Brand & Positioning

Build and strengthen the Taradevi's brand through campaigns, PR, messaging and reputation management.

? Project Launches

Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, pre-launch campaigns, marketing collateral, launch events and project positioning.

? Content & Creative

Drive website, brochures, walkthroughs, social media, email & WhatsApp campaigns with in-house teams and agencies.

? Channel & Offline Marketing

Manage channel partner programmes, exhibitions,



outdoor media and local activations across key source markets.

? Analytics & Performance

Track marketing spends, leads, site visits, conversions, CPL/CPA and overall funnel performance, with actionable insights for leadership.

? What We're Looking For

✅ 8–12 years of marketing experience

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience managing lead-generation budgets & targets

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, landing pages & CRM/marketing automation

✅ Experience managing agencies, creative teams & multi-channel campaigns

✅ Strong understanding of funnel metrics, CPL, CPA & attribution

✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✅ Strong ability to work closely with sales teams

⭐ Preferred

?️ Experience in real estate marketing , especially luxury residential, second homes or hospitality

? Familiarity with the North India property market

? Exposure to NRI / investor audiences

? MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent
