Key Responsibilities - Partner with senior business leaders on HR strategy and people priorities.

- Drive workforce planning, organization design and talent management.
- Lead succession planning, performance management and leadership development.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and employee relations.
- Advise and coach leaders on people and organizational matters.
- Support change management and business expansion initiatives.




- Leverage HR analytics and insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure effective HR governance and policy implementation across the region.

Ideal

Candidate - 12–15 years of HR experience with solid HRBP / Business HR exposure.

- Experience independently managing a regional or large business portfolio.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with senior leadership.
- Preferred: Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts, Premium Services, Travel & Leisure or other large service-led organizations.
- Candidates from Retail, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, Aviation, BFSI, IT/ITES and Professional Services may also be considered.
