Role & responsibilities

- Independent handling of multiple Fire Fighting projects

- Overall responsibility for the Fire Fighting Projects vertical - Incl Hydrant and Sprinkler system

- Procurement planning and vendor coordination

- Review of project progress, billing and commercial status

- Overall project costing and budget monitoring

- Billing planning as per turnover targets

- Project cash-flow and collection monitoring

- Cost control and project profitability

- Coordination with clients, consultants and site teams

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong practical knowledge of conventional Fire Fighting and Addressable Fire Detection Systems

- In-depth knowledge of Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Fighting Piping, Valves & associated installations

- Solid Excel, reporting and computer skills

- Basic use of AI tools for emails, reports and communication

- Ability to independently review and guide site execution

- Strong client handling and coordination skills

- Experience in dealing with consultants, contractors and project authorities

- Basic knowledge of Government liaisoning, approvals and departmental coordination
