What we’re looking for

We are looking for PR and communications professionals with 7+ years of relevant experience who can take ownership of client mandates, build strong stakeholder relationships, drive media narratives and lead teams towards delivering high quality work.

The ideal candidate should have:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in PR, corporate communications or integrated communications
- Strong media relations and a sound understanding of the Indian media ecosystem
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and senior stakeholders
- Ability to develop communication strategies, campaigns, story angles and thought leadership programmes
- Strong team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide, mentor and motivate account teams
- Ability to delegate effectively, manage workloads and ensure timely, high quality delivery
- Experience in managing multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously




- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify opportunities proactively and create newsworthy narratives
- A strategic and commercially aware mindset, with the ability to connect communication with business objectives
- High ownership, accountability and the ability to thrive in a quick paced agency environment The role The role will go beyond account servicing and execution.

You will be responsible for leading client relationships, shaping communication strategies, driving media outcomes, managing account performance and building a high performing team around the mandate.

We are particularly keen to meet professionals who are strategic thinkers, strong people managers, media savvy and comfortable taking ownership from brief to execution.
