/n /n Position Overview /n We are hiring a Lead - PR & Communications for Unicommerce and Shipway.



The position will be responsible for developing and driving both routine & strategic communication initiatives to amplify media presence and ensure a consistent, compelling brand narrative across channels. /n The role calls for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, sharp communication skills, and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate can translate business priorities into impactful communication strategies, consistently identify opportunities to build brand visibility, and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup workplace will be a distinct advantage. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Help develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and values.

/n

- Collaborate with senior and mid-level leadership to create communication plans that address business needs.

/n

- Lead content creation initiatives to support PR campaigns, including blogs, articles, videos, and social media posts.

/n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists

/n /n Qualifications /n /n

- 8-10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.

/n

- Experience working within a corporate communications team in a start-up is a distinct plus.

/n

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and communication strategies.

/n

- Strong media relations skills with established industry contacts.

/n

- Proficiency in social media strategy and content creation.
