? Role Overview

- Position: Senior Key Account Executive – Modern Trade
- Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (On-site / Regional Coverage)
- Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG / Personal Care / Beauty Modern Trade account management
- Industry: Personal Care / Cosmetics / D2C (Omnichannel)

- ? What You Will Do

- Account Management: Own and scale relationships with regional and national Contemporary Trade chains (e.g., Reliance Retail, Spencer’s, Trend, Shoppers Stop, and regional beauty chains).
- Growth & Revenue: Drive primary and secondary sales targets for the West Bengal & Eastern region.
- Strategic Planning: Design, execute, and monitor joint business plans (JBPs) and trade marketing campaigns to optimize visual merchandising and shelf share.
- Stock & Logistics:



Collaborate closely with supply chain partners to ensure zero stock-outs and seamless fulfillment at the store level.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data, track competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities to stay ahead of regional retail trends.

- ? What We Are Looking For

- A proven track record of handling Modern Trade operations in the FMCG, personal care, or cosmetics sectors within the Eastern India market.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves taking end-to-end ownership.
- Deep understanding of regional consumer behavior and regional retail networks.
