Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager with a strong background in factory/manufacturing operations and at least 10 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, employee relations, labour compliance, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, disciplinary matters and overall workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.

Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee documentation.

Manage employee attendance, leave, shift schedules and workforce discipline.

Coordinate payroll, salary processing and statutory deductions with the Accounts team.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts professionally.

Maintain proper employee records, HR files and confidential documents.

Develop and implement HR policies, rules and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with Factory/Production Managers regarding manpower requirements and workforce planning.

Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement initiatives.

Handle employee warning letters, show-cause notices and other HR-related documentation.

Manage factory labour-related matters and maintain a healthy employer–employee relationship.

Coordinate with management regarding manpower, employee issues and HR decisions.





Ensure proper implementation of company rules, safety requirements and workplace discipline.

Conduct employee meetings, training and awareness programs when required.

Support management during inspections, audits and labour-related proceedings.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Ensure smooth HR operations while supporting the company's business and production objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA in Human Resources / HR Management.

LLB qualification preferred, with good knowledge of labour and employment-related matters.

Minimum 10+ years of HR experience.

Strong preference for candidates with factory/manufacturing industry experience.

Valuable knowledge of labour laws, employee relations and statutory compliance.

Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle employees and labour-related issues firmly and professionally.

Strong documentation and administrative skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and different departments.

Compensation

Salary: ₹35,000/- per month, based on experience, qualification and suitability.
