Senior HR Executive – IT Recruitment & Client Acquisition

Location: Bangalore, India | Full-Time | Onsite

Experience: 2–8 Years | 6 Days/Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Probation: 6 Months | Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

XcelCorp is looking for a Senior HR Executive – IT Recruitment & Client Acquisition with strong experience in client acquisition and technical recruitment. The role involves building new client relationships, understanding technology hiring requirements, and managing end-to-end IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients with current or upcoming technology hiring requirements.
- Research and connect with HR Heads, TA teams, hiring managers, founders, and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client hiring requirements and present XcelCorp's recruitment capabilities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/software, data, cloud, cybersecurity, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, and other technical roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean search, referrals, and databases.
- Screen candidates,



coordinate interviews, manage feedback, offers, follow-ups, and joining.
- Maintain client, candidate, pipeline, and recruitment activity records.

Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, Client Acquisition, Client Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience in technical recruitment is mandatory.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM is an advantage.
