What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred)
- Robust understanding of design fundamentals; layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience working on branding, campaigns, and digital & print creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
- Ability to handle multiple brands and projects while maintaining consistency and quality
- Strong collaboration skills with content, marketing, and strategy teams
- Ability to guide and mentor junior designers and review creative output
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with ownership of design outcomes
