- Design creative, on-brand visuals for packaging, marketing collateral, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Lead and develop product packaging design — from concept to print-ready files — balancing brand identity with shelf appeal and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, set up, and actively participate in product photoshoots (styling, lighting, composition, shooting), not just post-production.
- Shoot, create, edit, and produce video content — short-form (social/reels) and longer promotional/product videos — from raw footage to final cut.
- Take part in photo and video sessions involving the products themselves, working alongside the marketing/content team on set.
- Generate original branding concepts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and coherence across packaging, digital, and print.




- Translate marketing briefs into compelling, production-ready visual assets under tight deadlines.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external materials.
- Stay current on design trends, packaging innovation in the food/confectionery space, and emerging AI creative tools.
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects while consistently meeting deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
