Role Overview

Mahavastu Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage financial operations, accounting, MIS, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports, financial statements, and KPIs .
- Ensure statutory compliance and effective financial controls.
- Monitor budgets, costs, profitability, and working capital.
- Provide financial insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Solid finance, accounting, and MIS expertise
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills
- Advanced MS Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
