Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Logistics Operations to manage the movement of inventory from Fulfillment Centers (FCs) to Dark Stores and ensure timely, efficient and seamless first-mile and last-mile logistics operations.

The role will be responsible for dispatch planning, vehicle coordination, inventory movement, route adherence and delivery SLA management, while working closely with FC, Dark Store and logistics partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end inventory movement from FCs to Dark Stores.
- Coordinate first-mile and last-mile transportation to ensure timely movement of inventory.
- Plan and monitor daily dispatches based on inventory requirements and business demand.
- Coordinate with transportation/fleet partners, drivers and FC teams for vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery and SLA adherence.
- Monitor dispatch TAT, vehicle utilization, turnaround time and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with Dark Store teams for timely receiving and inventory handover.




- Identify and resolve issues related to vehicle delays, dispatches, route deviations and inventory movement.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and logistics MIS and track operational KPIs.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, FC Operations, Dark Store Operations and Fleet/Vendor teams.
- Drive improvements in transportation efficiency, cost optimization and operational productivity.
- Handle daily operational escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, safety and compliance standards.

Candidate Profile

- 1–6 years of experience in First Mile / Last Mile / Logistics / Dispatch / Transportation / Supply Chain Operations.
- Candidates with experience in FC-to-DC / FC-to-Dark Store / warehouse-to-store movement will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in dispatch planning and vehicle coordination.
- Good understanding of inventory movement and logistics operations.
- Experience working with 3PL/logistics/fleet partners is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-volume operational environment.
