Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Operations &

- Revenue with a solid insurance background to manage policy operations, sales support, quotations, MIS and coordination with clients and insurers. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end policy issuance and documentation . Generate insurance quotations, RFQs and comparison sheets . Provide sales and business support to the sales/client servicing team. Coordinate with insurance companies, clients and internal teams for timely policy processing. Manage policy-related endorsements, renewals and pending documentation . Work on insurer/broker portals for quotations, policy issuance and servicing . Track policy status, premium payments and operational TATs. Prepare and maintain MIS, business reports and operational dashboards . Support revenue/brokerage tracking and reconciliation . Ensure accurate data entry, documentation and timely closure of operational activities.



Follow up with insurers and internal teams for pending cases and resolve operational issues.

Key Skills &

Competencies Strong insurance industry background – mandatory. Good knowledge of policy issuance and insurance operations .

Experience in quotation generation and sales support . Hands-on knowledge of insurance portals . Strong MS Excel and MIS skills – data management, reporting and analysis. Good communication and negotiation skills . Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship management abilities. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within defined TATs. Proactive approach with strong execution and problem-solving skills.

Candidate

Profile 3 –5 years of relevant experience in insurance, insurance broking or BFSI operations. Graduate in B.Com / BBA / B.Sc. Candidates with experience in insurance broking operations, policy issuance, quotations and sales support will be preferred. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented and technology-driven environment . Strong potential to grow into a Manager – Operations &

- Revenue role.
