​About the Role

​We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Executive – Air Export Operations to manage the end-to-end execution of our air freight shipments. In this role, you will act as the operational anchor, ensuring seamless cargo movement from booking to final delivery while maintaining strict compliance with international trade regulations, carrier requirements, and client service standards.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Manage the full lifecycle of air export shipments, including booking confirmation, airway bill (AWB) issuance, flight routing, and post-flight confirmation.
- ​Coordinate closely with airlines, co-loaders, ground handling agents, and overseas partners to secure space and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- ​Handle all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificate of Origin, and customs compliance paperwork.
- ​Proactively monitor shipments in transit, address irregularities or delays swiftly,



and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
- ​Verify vendor invoices, carrier charges, and operational costs against agreed-upon tariffs to ensure accurate billing and margin protection.
- ​Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies, hazardous material (DGR) handling protocols, and TSA/airline security guidelines.

​Candidate Qualifications & Requirements ​Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in handling air export operations within a freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain setting.

​Core Competencies:

- ​In-depth knowledge of airline routing, AWB processing, and global airport gateways.
- ​Strong understanding of export customs procedures and regulatory compliance.
- ​Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle time-sensitive, high-pressure situations.
