- Design and develop Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) container layouts based on project and customer requirements.

- Perform system integration of Battery Racks, BMS, PCS, EMS, HVAC, Fire Protection System, SCADA, and auxiliary equipment within the BESS container.

- Prepare and review General Arrangement (GA) drawings, 2D/3D models, BOMs, and engineering documentation.

- Ensure optimal equipment placement, cable routing, ventilation, accessibility, and maintainability of containerized BESS solutions.

- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Civil, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project teams for seamless system integration.

- Conduct design calculations, including thermal analysis, equipment sizing, structural loading, and ventilation requirements.

- Ensure designs comply with IEC, UL, NFPA, IEEE, NEC, and customer-specific standards.





- Review and approve vendor drawings, technical specifications, and component datasheets for integration compatibility.

- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and troubleshooting of BESS projects.

- Identify and resolve system integration and design issues during engineering and project execution.

- Drive design optimization, standardization, value engineering, and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and safety.

- Collaborate with customers, consultants, and EPC teams to address technical queries and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.Role & responsibilities
