Senior Endpoint Engineer (Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot) Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Engineer to manage and support up-to-date endpoint management services across the enterprise device estate. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune administration, Windows Autopilot deployment, application packaging, device management, compliance monitoring, and automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint operations while supporting Windows 10/11 lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device enrollment, application deployment, and compliance monitoring.
- Configure and manage Windows Autopilot profiles for Windows 11 deployments, including branding, device provisioning, and policy configuration.
- Perform Windows 10/11 Deployment activities, including operating system upgrades, feature update testing, validation, and rollout support.
- Package, test, deploy, upgrade, repair, and uninstall applications using Application Packaging technologies such as MSI, MSIX, App-V, or .intunewin.
- Manage device enrollment, retirement, lock, wipe, and lifecycle operations as part of Endpoint Security & Device Management.
- Administer Windows update and patch deployment rings, monitor rollout success, track compliance, and remediate failed systems.
- Manage Device Certificates and support secure device authentication and access management.
- Utilize PowerShell / Automation capabilities to streamline endpoint administration, reporting, and operational tasks.
- Support Device Compliance initiatives by monitoring endpoint health, policy adherence, and organizational security standards.
- Investigate endpoint management, compliance, and patch-related incidents, and coordinate resolution activities.
- Contribute to disaster recovery testing, audit activities, compliance reviews, and maintenance of endpoint-related records.
- Support Endpoint Monitoring activities and proactively identify device performance and management issues.

- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 device lifecycle management and enterprise endpoint services.
Certifications
- MD-102 Endpoint Administrator certification or equivalent preferred.
