Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data, reporting solutions, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test plans and test cases for data pipelines and integrations.
- Perform end-to-end ETL/ELT testing using SQL and Python.
- Validate data across Source → Staging → Data Warehouse → Reporting layers.
- Perform source-to-target mapping and transformation validation.
- Conduct data reconciliation, data balancing, and data-quality checks.
- Validate Power BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, measures, filters, and business logic.
- Identify and investigate data discrepancies and quality issues.
- Support production troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage defects and collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, BAs, and business stakeholders.




- Contribute to QA standards, data-quality processes, and documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Data QA, BI, or Data Warehousing.
- 3+ years of experience testing enterprise reporting solutions, preferably Power BI.
- Robust SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Hands-on ETL/ELT and data integration testing experience.
- Experience working with large datasets and data-quality issues.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
