Job Summary

Keventers Venture Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Crew Member to support the smooth functioning of our Tollygunge outlet in Kolkata.

The Senior Crew Member will act as a key support person for the Shift Manager, assisting with daily operations, customer service, team coordination, stock handling, billing, and maintaining company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutlet Operations

- Assist the Shift Manager in managing daily outlet operations.
- Ensure smooth workflow during regular and peak operating hours.
- Allocate basic tasks to crew members as instructed by the Shift Manager.
- Ensure all assigned operational activities are completed on time.
- Support opening and closing procedures.

Team Coordination
- Guide and assist junior Crew Members during daily operations.
- Help new employees understand company SOPs and operational procedures.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
- Lead the team in the absence of the Shift Manager for routine operational matters.
- Maintain effective communication between crew members and senior staff.

Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and professional service.
- Handle basic customer complaints and resolve them wherever possible.
- Escalate serious customer issues to the Shift Manager.
- Monitor order accuracy and ensure customers receive the correct products.

Billing & POS Operations
- Operate the POS and billing system efficiently.
- Ensure accurate order entry and billing.
- Handle cash, card, and UPI transactions responsibly.
- Assist with shift-wise cash and sales reconciliation.
- Report billing or cash discrepancies immediately to the Shift Manager.

Stock & Inventory
- Assist in receiving, checking, arranging, and replenishing stock.
- Monitor product availability during the shift.




- Inform the Shift Manager about low-stock items, damages, or discrepancies.
- Follow proper storage and handling procedures.
- Help control wastage and maintain proper stock rotation.

Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure the outlet, counters, workstations, and customer areas remain clean.
- Follow company hygiene, grooming, and food-safety standards.
- Ensure team members follow required safety and cleanliness procedures.
- Report equipment, maintenance, or safety issues to the Shift Manager.

Reporting & Handover
- Assist in maintaining daily operational records and reports.
- Communicate important shift updates to the Shift Manager.
- Ensure proper handover of stock, cash, operational issues, and pending tasks between shifts.
- Report unusual incidents, customer complaints, or operational problems promptly.

Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, or customer service operations.

Leadership: Ability to guide junior team members and take responsibility during busy shifts.

Customer Handling: Good communication and problem-solving skills.

POS & Billing: Basic to good knowledge of POS systems, billing, cash handling, and UPI transactions.

Inventory: Basic understanding of stock handling, replenishment, wastage, and inventory control.

Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Bengali, or English.

Personal Qualities: Responsible, punctual, disciplined, energetic, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively with Crew Members, Shift Managers, and senior management.

Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
