About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Counselor – Study Abroad (Canada Focus) to guide students through their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Canadian admissions, student counseling, visa guidance, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

· Counsel students and parents on study opportunities in Canada.

· Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions.

· Guide students through admissions, documentation, and visa processes.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian education and visa requirements.

· Convert inquiries into enrollments while delivering an excellent student experience.

· Build relationships with partner institutions and stakeholders.

· Mentor junior counselors and support team performance.

· Participate in education fairs,



webinars, and student recruitment activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

· 5+ years of experience in study abroad counseling, preferably Canada-focused.

· Strong knowledge of Canadian admissions and study permit processes.

· Excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-management skills.

· Proven track record in student recruitment and conversions.
