- Proven hands-on experience in corporate litigations, including:

- Arbitration proceedings

- Civil Court matters

- High Court matters

- Recovery proceedings
- NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) matters

- Sec 138 proceedings

- Title disputes
- Capable of independently leading and managing Legal Due Diligence processes for potential investments and acquisitions.

- Demonstrated ability to handle all litigation matters for the parent company as well as for its portfolio/investee Credentials:

- Past experience in working closely with Senior Advocates.

- A track record of favorable legal outcomes in key Robust leadership and communication skills.

- High level of legal acumen, judgment, and ethical standards.

- Proactive in identifying and mitigating legal risks.

- Ability to coordinate with external legal counsels and internal stakeholders effectively.
