Position: Senior Consultant | Contract Manager

Location: Current Delhi

Experience

- Experience in programme management, PMO operations, IT project management, digital transformation initiatives, e-Governance projects, procurement, commercial management, budgeting, or contract management.

- Experience in preparing project cost estimates, budgets, financial projections, implementation plans, resource plans, and utilization of trackers for technology or transformation programmes.

- Familiarity with Government procurement processes, contract administration, project financial management, and vendor management.

- Experience in monitoring project milestones, deliverables, commercial obligations, payment schedules, and performance metrics.

- Exposure to PPP models, scheme convergence, investment planning, bid management, or programme financing would be desirable.

- Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

- Prepare programme budgets, cost estimates, financial projections, and implementation outlays for NDTS initiatives and workstreams.

- Support development of financial plans,



fund utilization strategies, business cases, and budget justification documents.

- Identify opportunities for convergence with Central and State Government schemes and programmes.

- Track programme budgets, expenditure, utilization, approvals, and financial progress against planned milestones.

- Support procurement planning, bid process management, contract administration, and vendor management activities.

- Monitor milestone-linked deliverables, payment schedules, contractual obligations, and performance indicators of vendors and implementation partners.

Qualification

Mandatory

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Technology, Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related discipline.

- 10+ years of Industry experience.

Desirable

- Prior Government experience

- MBA/PGDM, masters in management, Finance, Public Policy, Project Management, or equivalent

- Certifications in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), Public Procurement, Contract Management, PPP, Financial Management, or related domains
