Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the first level of operational support for our Finance Systems landscape, spanning Order-to-Revenue (OTR), Procure-toPay (P2P), and Record-to-Plan (RTP) applications. This role is the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders Accounting, AP, Procurement, Revenue, and FP&A; — when something breaks, needs monitoring, or requires a routine change, balancing hands-on operational support with SOX/ITGC rigor.

The role is structured around a 70/30 model: approximately 70% running the business (incident resolution, access management, job monitoring, and change management operations) and 30% supporting enhancement work on the finance systems architecture, in partnership with the Business Systems Analysts and Architects who lead those initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Platform Support & Incident Management

- Serve as the first point of contact for Finance stakeholders raising issues across NetSuite, Zuora Billing & Revenue, Coupa, Zip, Concur, Blackline, and related integrations
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve (or escalate) incidents within Jira Service Management, maintaining SLAs
- Handle small-to-medium service requests — workflow tweaks, approval routing updates, new user groups — without disrupting the broader architecture Job & Integration Monitoring - Proactively monitor scheduled jobs, batch processes, and API/integration health across the finance systems stack

Job & Integration Monitoring

- Investigate job failures and data sync errors,



coordinating with engineering and platform owners on remediation
- Maintain monitoring documentation and escalation runbooks

SOX & ITGC Operations

- Access Management: Process access provisioning/deprovisioning requests and support recurring User Access Reviews (UARs) with complete, audit-ready evidence
- Change Management: Verify production changes carry the required testing, approval, and documentation per Procore's SOX change management procedures; support internal and external auditors (e.g., PwC, Protiviti, Deloitte) during walkthroughs and testing - Maintain control evidence and documentation to support quarterly and annual SOX 404 testing

Support Finance Architecture Enhancement

- Support — not lead — enhancement initiatives across OTR, P2P, and RTP that are owned by senior Business Systems Analysts and Architects
- Translate business requirements into Jira user stories and acceptance criteria under the direction of the project lead
- Participate in configuration, QA/UAT testing, and data validation for system enhancements and integrations
- Contribute to technical and process documentation for new configurations, features, and workflows

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance,



Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting financial systems in an operational/support capacity (assumption — adjust to your leveling bands)
- Strong ITGC/SOX background, with hands-on experience in Access Management, Change Management, and Job/Integration Monitoring controls
- Working knowledge of one or more core finance systems: NetSuite, Zuora Billing & Revenue, Coupa, Zip, Concur, Blackline, or Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow, and familiarity with SLA-driven support models
- Experience operating in a SOX-controlled, public-company environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a distributed, global team (Pune-based, supporting primarily US stakeholders)
- Comfortable balancing daily operational demands with structured project support work
