Role Description – Senior Catalog Specialist / E-commerce Manager

- Manage and optimize product catalogs across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Etsy.
- Create, maintain, and update accurate, complete, and compelling product listings.
- Manage product data, attributes, specifications, images, pricing, and other catalog information.
- Improve product classification, categorization, and taxonomy for better discoverability.
- Ensure catalog quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze catalog and marketplace performance metrics.
- Identify catalog gaps, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize product listings to improve searchability, visibility, conversion, and customer experience.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to improve marketplace performance and business growth.
- Manage and optimize seller accounts across multiple marketplaces.
- Plan, manage,



and monitor marketplace advertising and ad campaigns.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, and other performance metrics.
- Identify new growth opportunities and implement initiatives to increase sales.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
- Resolve catalog, listing, marketplace, and operational issues promptly.
- Support smooth and efficient day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Catalog Management and Catalogue skills to handle large product assortments and maintain high data quality.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document catalog requirements and changes.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, or similar marketplaces) and familiarity with listing optimization and taxonomy best practices.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets or catalog management tools, with robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
