Job Overview /n /n We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with our Global Sales organization and drive data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex business requirements into impactful Power BI and AI-enabled analytics solutions. You will lead the enhancement and governance of our global reporting ecosystem, deliver actionable insights that improve sales performance, and champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies within the BI landscape.

Success in this role requires a strong combination of business acumen, stakeholder management, data analytics expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams. /n /n Job Responsibilities: /n /n

- Work with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify key business questions

/n

- Work together with our IT department to create, join, and manage complex data sets in Power BI to answer key business questions

/n

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making

/n

- Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions to solve complex business problems within our BI ecosystem

/n

- Manage trainings of key stakeholders and provide ad-hoc trainings if needed

/n





- Provide first level support to sub region representatives and Global Sales team for trouble shooting existing Power BI solutions

/n

- Focus on improving availability and interpretation of sales data, with an emphasis on providing value-added recommendations in order to improve business performance

/n

- Manage and enhance data quality by developing and optimizing data quality reports and processes, while collaborating with the Business Process Harmonization team to identify, address, and resolve data quality issues

/n /n /n Qualifications: /n /n

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, with exposure to sales, business intelligence, or analytics functions

/n

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline

/n

- Proven experience working with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-enabled analytics solutions

/n

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels and regions

/n

- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing business challenges
