Senior Business Development Executive – Field Sales

Rezizz is hiring an experienced sales professional to acquire and manage business customers across Coimbatore. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, building customer confidence, closing sales, and serving as the customer’s primary point of contact.

Key responsibilities

- Visit garages, dental clinics, retail stores, restaurants, salons, and other relevant businesses across Coimbatore.
- Identify potential customers and arrange in-person product demonstrations.
- Understand each business’s requirements and present how Rezizz apps can benefit them.
- Build customer buy-in, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate the complete sales process—from the initial meeting through onboarding and activation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers acquired by them.
- Coordinate customer requirements, follow-ups, training, and issue resolution with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, sales progress, conversions, and customer interactions.
- Work towards agreed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum two years of B2B or field sales experience.
- Software, SaaS,



or technology-product sales experience is preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Fluent spoken Tamil and basic English.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of Coimbatore and its surrounding business areas.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Compensation and perks:
- Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
- Performance incentives: Up to ₹20,000 based on successful sales.
- Fuel or approved local travel expenses shall be reimbursed.
- Complete product training, demonstration support, and sales materials will be provided.

Working schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday off
