Skandor Technologies is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a Microsoft partner, and we're looking for someone to own the platform from our side. You'll be the partner's day-to-day counterpart through implementation and go-live, then own the extensions, integrations and reports the business runs on every day.

This is a role for someone who wants to own an ERP end to end, not just build tickets.

What you'll own

- Be Skandor's internal technical owner of Business Central and the primary counterpart to our implementation partner
- Review the partner's designs and AL deliverables; drive a standard-first, extension-based architecture and push back on unnecessary customisation
- Design and build Business Central extensions in AL: table and page extensions, event subscribers, reports, API pages, permission sets
- Build and support integrations using BC APIs (OData/REST), Power Automate and Azure services
- Run data migration, UAT, cut-over and hypercare for go-live, then own release management for semi-annual updates
- Administer environments, users and permissions through the Admin Center
- Deliver Power BI and Excel reporting on BC data,



document processes and train finance and operations users
- Build internal knowledge so our reliance on external partners falls over time

What you bring

- 4–5+ years with Dynamics NAV / Business Central, including hands-on AL extension development on modern BC
- You've owned at least one live BC integration, upgrade or complex production issue from investigation to a proven fix
- Working functional knowledge of core finance and supply-chain modules (G/L and dimensions, sales, purchasing, inventory)
- Experience with BC APIs and web services, Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub, and test codeunits
- Confidence to challenge an unsuitable request, from a partner or a stakeholder, and propose a safer route
- Explicit written and spoken English; comfortable working remotely with leadership and partner teams

Nice to have

- MB-820 (BC Developer) or MB-800 (Functional Consultant) certification
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) or Azure integration experience
- NAV → BC or GP → BC migration; C/AL to AL conversion
- Dynamics 365 Sales, e-commerce connectors, EDI, or India GST localisation
