Role & responsibilities

1. Manage the complete bench sales cycle, from consultant onboarding to placement.
2. Market consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor contacts, email campaigns, and personal networks.
3. Identify suitable contract opportunities based on consultants technical skills and experience.
4. Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
5. Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, contract terms, and payment conditions.
6. Coordinate consultant submissions, interviews, documentation, onboarding, and placement.
7. Develop effective marketing strategies for different technologies and visa categories.
8. Review and improve consultants resumes according to market requirements.
9. Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and vendor communication.
10. Guide junior recruiters and support the team in achieving placement targets.
11. Monitor market trends and identify new vendor and client opportunities.

Required Skills

1. 4-8 years of experience in US IT bench sales.
2. Proven record of successful consultant placements.
3. Solid network of vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
4. Good knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, US visas, and US time zones.
5. Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, TechFetch, and vendor portals.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.

7.Ability to handle multiple consultants and meet monthly placement targets.
