Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate / Associate Lead – Workplace Design to lead the design and delivery of large-scale corporate workplace projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workplace Design, Interior Architecture, Space Planning, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Site Execution, along with experience in leading design teams and managing client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete design lifecycle of corporate workplace and commercial interior projects from concept to execution.
- Develop and drive design concepts, space planning, workplace strategy, material palettes and FF&E.;
- Take ownership of interior architecture, design development, detailing and construction documentation.
- Ensure design intent is maintained through procurement, value engineering and site execution.
- Lead client presentations, design workshops and day-to-day design discussions.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Review and approve drawings, material specifications, mood boards, 3D visualisations and presentation packages.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and conduct regular design reviews.
- Manage design timelines, project budgets and commercial requirements.
- Participate in material selection, procurement and value engineering.




- Conduct site visits, quality inspections and resolve design-related execution issues.
- Ensure projects meet required standards for functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, sustainability and quality.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Corporate Workplace / Commercial Interior Design.
- Excellent knowledge of Space Planning and Space Optimisation.
- Strong understanding of Interior Architecture and Design Development.
- Hands-on experience in Construction Drawings, Detailing and Documentation.
- Experience handling projects from Concept Design Development Documentation Site Execution.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Experience in team leadership and design reviews.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E; and furniture planning.
- Exposure to budgeting, procurement and value engineering.
- Strong coordination skills with MEP, structural and other consultants.

Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from Workplace Design, Corporate Interiors, Commercial Interiors, Design & Build or large-scale Office Fit-out backgrounds will be preferred.

Candidates should have a robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership of enterprise-scale workplace projects.
