Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept development through execution, managing project teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring the highest standards of design and technical delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent design and technical knowledge, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced design environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept development through project completion.
- Develop design concepts, design strategies, and detailed architectural solutions.
- Manage and mentor architects, senior designers, junior architects, and project teams.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop, review, and present design proposals, presentations, and project concepts to clients.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, construction documents, specifications, and working drawings.




- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular design and project reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and overall project progress.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions.
- Attend client and site meetings and provide technical and design guidance wherever required.
- Review site progress and coordinate with contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on design, technical detailing, documentation, and project management.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while maintaining the required quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of the studio's design standards, processes, and best practices.

Key Requirements

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Professional registration/licensure (COA registration preferred).
- Solid experience in handling projects independently from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, construction documentation, and execution.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent client handling, communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced architectural design studio.
