Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in planning, architectural design, working drawings, coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare and review architectural planning and design drawings.
- Handle space planning, site planning, and project development from concept to execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Review drawings for accuracy, design intent, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution to ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Make necessary design modifications based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate the architectural team.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design, and working drawings.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or similar software is preferred.
- Solid design, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate with different teams.

Education Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have a strong and well-structured portfolio demonstrating experience in architectural planning, design, sketching, working drawings, and completed projects. Candidates with robust project coordination and site-execution experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
