About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role. We are looking for a Finance professional to manage and oversee the finance function for the Raindrop team. The role requires solid financial oversight, planning, and commercial understanding, with hands-on exposure to the Media & Entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling finance independently while working closely with business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations and accounting functions.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS, financial reports, and performance dashboards.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls.
- Support commercial negotiations, contracts, and deal structuring.




- Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, consultants, and CAs.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, statutory compliance, and company policies.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

- M Com/ Semi-Qualified CA
- Strong understanding of MIS, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance.
- Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance responsibilities
