Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Bengaluru (Sarjapur area).

The Senior

Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, GST and TDS filing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The Senior

Accountant will analyze financial data, identify variances,



and provide actionable insights to support client decision-making. This position also involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support outsourced accounting and compliance engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core accounting functions, including general ledger management, reconciliations, financial reporting, and closing processes
- Working knowledge of taxation, compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks, with the ability to interpret and apply rules accurately
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid MS Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field;
- Prior experience in a similar accounting or outsourced finance role, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment
