About the Role

Electropath Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST and tax compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and MIS activities. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in accounting software/ERP, SAP, Advanced Excel, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, invoices, expenses and general ledger.

- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit reconciliation and GST-related documentation.

- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.

- Prepare MIS reports, management reports and financial statements.

- Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding balances.

- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills and supporting documents.

- Ensure proper accounting of project-related expenses, subcontractor bills and vendor payments.

- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification and payment processing.

- Support statutory, internal and external audits and provide required documents.





- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues.

- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and financial analysis.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

- Support management with financial data, analysis and ad-hoc reports.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, INDEX-MATCH, data validation, dashboards and MIS reporting

- Hands-on knowledge of GST and TDS

- Knowledge of SAP / SAP FICO or other ERP accounting systems

- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting software

- Bank and ledger reconciliation

- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

- General Ledger and Journal Entries

- Financial Reporting & MIS

- Month-end and year-end closing

- Audit coordination

- Knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax and other applicable statutory compliances

- Good understanding of accounting principles and applicable Indian Accounting Standards

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
