About the Role

NR Doshi & Associates LLP, a Dubai-based professional services firm, is looking for an experienced Account Senior to manage accounting operations for UAE clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounts finalization review , financial statement review, client coordination, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for UAE-based clients.
- Review accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct detailed review of ledgers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE accounting requirements.
- Coordinate directly with clients to obtain information, resolve queries, and provide regular updates.
- Lead, guide, and review the work of junior accountants and team members.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Prepare management reports, MIS reports, and financial analysis for clients.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.




- Assist clients with audit requirements and provide necessary schedules and documentation.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting and financial statement finalization.
- Mandatory experience in Accounts Finalization and Review.
- Experience in Team Handling and Client Coordination.
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Experience handling UAE/GCC clients will be preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
