? We Are Hiring: Senior Accountant – Accounts Finalization & Taxation ? Location: Ghana, West Africa ? Employment Type: Full-time ? Experience: 8–12 years (Please do not apply if you are not willing or able to relocate to Ghana.) URVA Consulting is hiring a hands-on Senior Accountant for an Indian-managed business based in Ghana. We are looking for candidates with robust practical experience in independently managing accounts for multiple companies or clients. Professionals currently working or previously employed with a CA firm, accounting firm, or audit firm will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting activities for multiple business entities • Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries • Independently finalize monthly and annual accounts • Prepare Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, reconciliations, and financial statements • Handle Income Tax Return-related accounting and documentation • Support applicable taxation and statutory compliance activities • Coordinate with auditors and support the annual audit process • Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies • Take complete ownership of assigned accounting responsibilities Candidate Requirements:
- B.Com, M.Com,



or CA Inter preferred • CA qualification is not mandatory • Strong hands-on experience in accounts finalization • Experience preparing P&L; Accounts and Balance Sheets independently • Experience managing accounts for 3–6 or more companies/clients simultaneously is highly preferred • Exposure to Income Tax Returns and annual audits • Good working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Must be genuinely willing to relocate to Ghana Preferred Background:
- Local or mid-sized Chartered Accountant firms • Accounting and taxation firms • Audit firms • Companies where the candidate independently managed accounts for multiple entities Compensation & Benefits:
