Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations and ensure statutory compliance. The role involves managing accounting processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting business decision-making through timely financial reporting.

The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, tax filings, payroll management, reconciliation and monthly financial closing while coordinating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

Financial Operations Management Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping and financial record maintenance Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.





Taxation & Statutory Compliance Handle GST and TDS filings in compliance with statutory regulations Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues

Payroll & Expense Management Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursemen Monitor employee reimbursements and expense claims

Reconciliation & Financial Accuracy Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reporting

Financial Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly financial statements and closing reports Generate MIS reports to support management decision-making

Audit Coordination Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits Address audit observations and implement necessary corrections

Skills & Requirements Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll management, and statutory compliance.

Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
