Industry: Manufacturing / Printing (Preferred) /n Location: Mumbai /n Experience: 8–13 Years /n Role Overview: /n We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance qualified to independently manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, reporting and financial controls for a manufacturing/printing organization. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Handle complete accounting including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing.

/n

- Manage P2P, vendor payments, customer receivables and ageing follow-ups.

/n

- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow and fund flow reports.

/n

- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

/n

- Conduct bank, vendor, customer and GST reconciliations.

/n

- Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors and support finalization of accounts.

/n

- Manage fixed asset accounting, inventory-related accounting and CWIP,



where applicable.

/n

- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, Production and Management for finance-related matters.

/n

- Support working capital, cash flow and banking activities.

/n

- Guide junior team members and ensure timely completion of finance activities.

/n /n Preferred: /n /n

- B.Com / M.Com with 8–13 years of Accounts & Finance experience.

/n

- Manufacturing/Printing industry experience preferred.

/n

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, AP/AR, MIS, reconciliations and audits.

/n

- Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

/n

- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

/n

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

/n
