Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, GST compliance, and reconciliation.
- Experience in E-commerce accounting will be an added advantage.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, e-invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Busy, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, along with a strong command of Excel and sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and financial finalization.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily sales and purchase entries in Busy.
- Calculate GST liability, make online payments, and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly order reconciliation reports – sales, returns,



and adjustments for various e-commerce portals.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements and present reports to senior management.
- Provide insights into financial performance and variances.
- Coordination with Banks

Required Skills & Competencies:- Robust working knowledge of Busy.

In-depth understanding of GST, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill processes.

Familiarity with Income Tax and banking operations.

Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
