Job Summary

We are hiring Seller Support Executives for a large-scale Seller Support Process in Kharadi, Pune. The role involves handling seller queries, resolving account and platform-related concerns, and maintaining a high level of seller satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Candidate EligibilityCandidates with E-commerce / Seller Support / Customer Service Experience

- Minimum B2 level communication skills.
- International and Domestic Customer Service experience accepted.
- E-commerce or Seller Support experience is preferred.

Candidates from Non-E-commerce Backgrounds
- Minimum B2+ level communication skills.
- International Customer Service experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle seller queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Assist sellers with account-related concerns.
- Assist sellers with order-related issues.




- Support sellers with product and platform-related concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with sellers.
- Ensure seller satisfaction through effective query resolution.
- Follow process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Achieve assigned quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling seller interactions.

Interview Process HR Interview → Assessment/Test → Operations Round (Final)

Salary & Perks

- Salary up to ₹32,000 CTC per month.
