Job Title: Security Officer (RSOC)

Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant, articulate, and detail-oriented Security Officer with hands-on experience in Command Center Operations to join our team in Gurugram. This role requires a unique blend of excellent communication skills and a strong foundation in physical security principles. The responsibilities involve real-time monitoring, physical asset protection, and incident response coordination.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, tech-savvy, and capable of managing high-pressure situations while maintaining clear, calm coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems, access control, alarms, and other surveillance tools from the Command Center to safeguard personnel and physical assets.
- Incident Response & Coordination: Identify, assess, and respond to security incidents in real-time. Act as the primary communication hub, coordinating seamlessly with on-ground security teams, emergency services, and internal stakeholders.
- Physical Security Oversight: Monitor on-site physical security protocols, ensuring access control points, visitor management, and perimeter security standards are strictly maintained.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain highly accurate logs, detailed incident reports, and daily activity reports.
- Compliance & SOPs: Ensure strict compliance with company security policies, physical security standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- System Integrity: Conduct periodic system checks on surveillance and physical security tech, promptly escalating technical issues when required.
- Crisis Management: Support crisis management and emergency response protocols using clear,



structured communication to direct response teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), or a high-volume corporate physical security workplace.
- Communication Skills (Critical): Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to convey critical information clearly, concisely, and calmly during high-stress incidents.
- Physical Security Knowledge: Solid understanding of physical security concepts, including access control layout, visitor management, and perimeter protection.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, access control software, and incident management tools. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, reporting tools) is required.
- Operational Flexibility: Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in security management, corporate security, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in corporate offices, IT parks, or large-scale multi-facility security operations.
- Familiarity with emergency response frameworks, evacuation planning, and risk assessment.
- Basic certifications in surveillance systems or physical security management.
