Roles and Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks using JIRA.

- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and status updates.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; PMP or equivalent preferred.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum framework.

- Proficiency in JIRA for tracking progress and managing projects.
