Act as a Servant Leader for Agile development teams.
Remove impediments and resolve issues that affect team productivity and delivery.
Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Ensure effective backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization.
Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.
Identify delivery risks and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile best practices.
Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.
Support multiple Agile teams and facilitate cross-team dependencies where required.
