Role & responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS) processes.

- Manage vehicle procurement, inventory, import, sales, and dealer operations.

- Integrate SAP VMS with SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.

- Design and maintain Variant Configuration models, characteristics, classes, and configuration profiles.

- Support vehicle sales, ordering, VIN management, and dealer network processes.

- Handle RICEFW developments, data migration, and system enhancements.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and Go-Live support.

- Extend VMS functionality for Vehicle Service and Warranty processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and process issues.

Preferred candidate profile





- 7-10 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP VMS expertise.

- Experience implementing SAP IS-A Automotive Vehicle Management System.

- Solid SAP SD and MM functional knowledge.

- Automotive industry experience covering dealer, vehicle sales, ordering, inventory, and logistics processes.

- Hands-on experience with LO-VC or S/4HANA Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC).

- Knowledge of VIN Generation and VIN Genealogy preferred.

- Exposure to SAP Digital Vehicle Hub is an advantage.

- Experience in RICEFW, data migration, testing, and production support.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
